Orders & Shipping
How soon will my product ship?
We maintain stock of our materials to ensure that your delivery will be available for shipping upon receipt of your order. In-stock items ship within 1-2 business days.
Does NinjaTek® ship worldwide?
Yes. We ship most international orders from our warehouse in Pennsylvania, USA. For European customers, we have strategic NinjaTek partners we can direct you to for international distribution.
Does NinjaTek have custom order options?
Yes. We do offer custom packaging and labeling options for high-volume partnerships.
How do I place a tax-exempt purchase?
Please forward your tax-exempt certificate to us at [email protected] and include your sales order number for reference. For any other tax-exempt questions, please contact our support team at 717-664-8254 or [email protected].
Can I submit purchase orders online?
We do not require confirming purchase orders for online orders. If your company policy requires it, please include the confirming purchase order number in the Customer Reference area of your order. If you do not have an account set up with us, you will need to fill out a NinjaTek credit application – please contact us for a credit application if needed.
Does NinjaTek sell plastic pellets for extrusion?
Yes, we sell plastic pellets of our filament for pellet extrusion. Contact us for details and pricing.

Where are your materials manufactured?
All our filaments are manufactured in the United States.
Can I get samples of your products?
No, unfortunately we do not offer samples. However, we strongly recommend ordering a 0.5kg in the filament you are interested in to see how it works for your application.
