colorFabb PA 3D Printer Filaments
Features and Benefits of colorFabb PA Filament
PA-CF Low Warp
The PA-CF Low Warp 3D printer filament is a one-of-a-kind polyamide formulation with the ability to print nearly warp free on non-heated build platforms. PA-CF Low Warp material excels in tensile and impact strength due to its infusion of carbon fiber.
- Infused with carbon fiber for increased stiffness. Due to carbon fiber’s abrasive nature, these fibers will accelerate the nozzle-wear of brass nozzles, much faster than unfilled filaments. Use wear-resistant nozzles, such as the E3D hardened steel nozzle or Olsson Ruby nozzle.
- Low infill prints come out perfectly flat on cold bed. For higher infill prints 40/50°C temperature is enough to obtain flat prints.
- PA-CF Low Warp excels in tensile and impact strength and allows continuous use at 120°C while retaining sufficient mechanical properties.
- Diameter tolerance: ± 0.1 mm
- Density: 1.14 g/cm3
- Continuous Service Temperature: 120°C
Print Guidelines
PA-CF Low Warp
Extruder Temperature
- 260°C to 280°C
Platform Temperature
- Room temperature to 50°C
Print Speed
- 30-40 mm/sec
Cooling Fan
- 50% fan cooling is a good starting point to give the best performance on overhangs and small details. For best mechanical performance try printing with the least amount of cooling needed, for optimal layer adhesion.
